SMS program

Program name: Clape AI. By entering your mobile number in the chat widget on clapeai.com and ticking the consent box, or by saying yes when our team asks on a phone call, you agree to receive text messages from Clape AI about your booked call (confirmations and reminders), replies to your enquiry, and information about our services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To get help, reply HELP or email info@clapeai.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We handle your phone number as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Our service

Clape AI runs Meta ads for real estate agents, qualifies the homeowners who respond and books listing appointments onto the agent's calendar. The scope, price and what counts as a qualified appointment are set out in each client's written agreement, which prevails over anything on this site.

Results depend on each market, on ad spend and on the agent. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular number of appointments, listings or sales.

Using this site

You may browse the site and book a call for your own business purposes. Do not misuse the forms, submit someone else's details, or try to disrupt the site. The content and branding on the site belong to STUDIOATELIER S.A.S.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, STUDIOATELIER S.A.S is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
