What we collect

When you book a demo we collect what you type into the booking form: your name, your email address, and whatever you tell us about your firm. When you email info@clapeai.com we keep that thread.

When you visit this site our host records standard request data — IP address, browser, referring page — for security and aggregate traffic counts. We do not build advertising profiles from it.

What we use it for

To prepare for and hold the call you booked, to answer your questions, and to send you a proposal if you ask for one. Nothing else. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who processes it

Scheduling runs on Calendly and email on our mail provider; both process this data on our behalf. Our site is served by our hosting provider. Each of them holds the data only to deliver that service.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for two years from your last contact with us, then deleted. If you become a client, contract records are kept as long as our accounting obligations require.

Your rights

Write to info@clapeai.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We answer within thirty days. You do not need a reason to ask.
